This place sucks. I gotta tell you, most of the time I wonder what I pay condo fees for – there is little to show for it.
All week the condo board has been posting reminders on our doors and leaving messages on our phones about a company coming to reseal the parking lot on Friday. They insisted we had to park in the street tonight.
At 11pm I go out to move my car and run into a Russian neighbor who speaks extremely little English. He informed me, through gestures and what words he could say, that the resealing had been cancelled.
All the effort they put into telling us to move our cars – but then couldn’t even post a notice on our doors informing us it was cancelled – really chaps my ass. They were half threatening to tow us if we failed to move our cars but then can’t be bothered to inform us that we don’t have to now.
The Russian guy showed me that it was posted in the dumpster enclosure…I must be the only one who doesn’t take my trash out daily.
