Have been reading reports that say the air results from the trunk of Casey Anthony’s car confirm that there was a decomposing human body in the trunk at some time in the recent past. DNA results allegedly confirm that Caylee is dead but have not been released to the general public as of yet.
The District Attorney was willing to offer Casey partial immunity in the death of her daughter if she would come clean with what happened. The offer expires on Tuesday. It kind of irks me that they would make such an offer just to find out what happened. Casey should have to take the full brunt of responsibility for whatever happened to her daughter.
Stronger penalties are needed for people who abuse children. Nothing infuriates me faster then someone who hurts a child. There has to be a million other ways out of a situation rather then harming that child. If you are losing your temper, go into another room and put your fist through a wall – but don’t lay a hand on a child.
Yes, most kids survive – I know my sisters and I did – but we were scarred emotionally. I loved my mother dearly but the woman had issues when we were kids. I don’t blame her, there weren’t the many counseling and other services available back then that they have today. She was alone raising seven children – it was more then tough. But she still had issues.
Man, this whole thing with Caylee just makes my blood boil.
