There is no way to get proper posture in for working on my laptop. I tried sitting in the recliner but eventually my neck hurt so much from looking down that I moved over to the desk. This works better for my neck but the chair I have is too low for the desk so now my elbows and wrists ache. Can’t win.
My shoulders and arms already ached from my workout today – didn’t know I was working them that much but I must have been. The idea is to get the butt and thighs working harder…ugh. Maybe I’ll go to bed and wake up thinner. LOL
